The LDI02014 project “We unite for more” brought together the City of Lučenec as a municipality with partners the BBSK Employment Agency, the non-profit organization Projekt DOM.ov, but also with the Norwegian organization CNBRM Networking.
Partners from Norway participated in the Final Conference of the project, which was preceded by an interesting professional workshop. It was held on 09.04.2024 at the headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications in Lučenec na Nám. of the Republic. Thanks to foreign partners, workshop guests from the field of work with excluded communities had the opportunity to obtain information and knowledge about what procedures, methods, and activities are implemented in Norway, as well as other parts of Europe. Public sector representative Ms. Sapna Sharma works in Kristiansand (Norway) with ethnic minorities and vulnerable groups, especially in the field of inclusion. Ivar Skippervold, as a representative of the non-governmental organization Agder Gorj Development (AGU), which connects the public and non-governmental sectors, also works closely with the Salvation Army. CNBRM Networking representative Lars Søftestad is a social anthropologist and expert in this field, who accompanies the project from its beginning in order to streamline outputs and fulfill its goals. The partners met with the community at the Rapovská crossroads, where their children surprised them with a small gift.
